    for the last several days i've been receiving error 0x89231906 when trying to connect to party WIN 10 app.

    i got the error code 0x89231906 well trying to join a friends party chat i atomaticaly disconnect.

    Party Problem

    I am trying to join a friends party but when I do it says connecting, then an error message appears saying "Your network settings are blocking party chat (0x89231906). Can anybody help, I don't know what to do to fix this, it was just fine yesterday

    It is Teredo unable to qualify, I am getting on Xbox app network setting blocking party chat [0x89231906] . There were no changes , have no vpn. Also when I check IP service helper I couldn't start it by the service selection. It gives error 1068 the dependency
    service or group failed to start. Also steps by Peer_Sam didn't fix it.
