Discus and support 0x8923180B any help with this error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; just got this error and im unable to switch my party to everybody it keeps switching back to blocked and then pops up a window saying temporarily...     That is for a diffent error code. I copied and pasted below what the error code says word for word.

    No one seems to know what is wrong. Even googled this error code and there is no explanation on how to fix it. Can you please help me.

    I found the solution actually.

    Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Background Apps

    Turn on the Xbox app and any other applications you want to work in the background (including Sea of Thieves)
