My NAT is open behind a cone NAT

Dowload speed is 63.63mbps

Upload is 4.22mbps

packet loss 0%

MTU = 1480

Latency = 105ms

Status code for detailed network statistics is 0x40000000000

Xbox live runs fine and gameplay on my mp games such as bf4 halo 5 run smooth no connection issues. THE only issue is party chat.

What happens is I'll join a party and it'll show my gamertag connecting while all the other gamertags in the party are already connected then it will show all the gamertags connecting to the party. They reconnect while I am still attempting to connect. Next
thing that happens is that a pop up displays the text "disconnected from party chat" and if you're in the actual party it displays the above error code with the following text "you're network settings are blocking party chat" then it has the prompt to let
you go to the network settings on your xbox.

So i have seen most people with this problem (the error code) have a moderate or strict nat, but since mine is open why the hell can't it connect to other people within the party?!?!? I've seen the diagram about how the different NAT"s connect to each other
and since mine is open it should connect to open, moderate, AND strict NAT's so I fail to see what is causing the issue.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!????

storage divice error really need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so I was playin cod:black ops 2 and it froze I gave it about 2min and tried to shut it off. I then un pluged it because shutin it off wouldent work. then I pluged in and I got a message it was a system update I pressed ok and it said I didn't have enough
storage so I canceled and I think my hard drive is fried wtfffff!!!! im so mad I just got my gold camo. how can I fix this!!!!!!

 

I would try and powercycle the xbox (hold xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down) and then unplug the modem and router for 30 seconds.....if it still does it , i would reset the router to factory defaults and test again...

 

ok is there any negatives to a factory reset? do i lose game data, redownload profile and have to go through an initial set up for the xbox?

 

factory reset the ROUTER , not the xbox....

 

and yes , you lose everything on a console reset , but as long as you were connected to live at one point , your data should be saved in the cloud , but games will need to be redownloaded (and apps)....

i have never heard of factory resetting modems or routers.
