    I´ve just activated my XBOX live GOLD account and was about to start a party-chat with a friend of me but it says my party chat is blocked and I should have a look a xbox.com or have a look at enforcement.xbox.com (it says i have a flawless profile). Furthermore
    i´ve got the CODE: 0x89231022 nad I don´t know how i can activate my Party Chat.

    What should I do?

    party chat is blocked. Check your online safety settings by going to Xbox.com. Or, check your enforcement history by visiting enforcement.xbox.com. error code 0x89231022.

    So I did what was mentioned to try and I'm still being blocked from talking to friends. What's up with that?

    Is there anything else I can do short of deleting my profile?

    hi ,

    i have 2 Subscription:

    Xbox Live Gold Expires on 20/02/2017

    Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold Expires on14/04/2017

    when i try to Start a party , , on xbox one menu a pop up window apears with "Buy Gold" so i click NO - then this error 0x89231022 apears .

    can someone help me ?
