    I am getting the following message:

    There was a problem with the update. You need this update to use this console, but something went wrong. For help, visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help.

    This started at about 45% through a 4GB update, which has slowly progressed now to 51%. But, this message is not giving me confidence that the update is going to be successful.

    When we press both triggers and bumpers simultaneously, we get the following Update Error code:

    0x8923000a 0x00000000 0x9fff0004 8332531

    But, I could not find any help on the What Error Code Are You Getting?

    If someone could tell me what is going wrong with this update, and what we might do to fix it, that would be awesome. The Xbox is working fine, but we can't play any games which require our Xbox Live subscription.

    Hi, I'm a Brazilian Insider. The last update has been difficult to install. The following error code appears 0x8923000A 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004. My conection is ok. I already restarted my console and the issue remains. How do I fix it. Without this update

    I've tried everything, clear cache and resets, modem resets. Nothing. 29% then restarts. So far it's used 150gig to redownload a 3.5gig update.

    Tried my mobile internet and it got to 99% then the dreaded "problem" message.

    Same error code except for last set which is 0x00000206 with nil recognition from xbox support page. Tried multiple attempts at updating with no avail. Tried resetting, hasn't worked. Internet download speed sitting at 10mbps so not internet related.

    WHAT GIVES. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A NEW PRODUCT OUT THE BOX.
