I get this code come up every single time I start up a game now? But I can try again literally straight away and it works fine? Not a major issue just super annoying

So, this must be the unicorn of Xbox error codes. No listing in the DB, and when I do find a direct reference to it, either there is no reply to a post, or the advice is to power cycle. Well, I tried that, but not seeing a benefit like we used to see on
the 360 with clearing the cache.

I only have digital games, so no idea if this impacts disc-based games. I also have a Seagate Game Drive, and this happens on games stored both internally and externally.

Anyone know what this error code means?

Unfortunately, not every error code is documented in the database. How did you encounter this error? Was this from an attempt to launch a game?

Some troubleshooting suggestions:

• Power cycle with the steps here:

• Log out and log back in.
• Remove your profile, and add it back to your console again: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One
• Check the Xbox Live server status. Sometimes when a specific server goes down, this can affect some functions on your system:
  https://xbox.com/status
• Uninstall/reinstall the game if it continues to give this error.

At the time of my post, there seems to be an Xbox Live service alert with the "Social and Gaming" servers. If this error is related to any outage of Xbox Live, then you will want to wait until Microsoft fixes this issue on their end. Check back periodically
to see if things are back to normal then.

Seeing as you are tagged as "Official Staff", and out of 6 about this error code this is one of 2 that has replies (the other is just more people saying they have the error), I am putting it to you, or if any of your "learned" colleagues see this, than they
too, to explain this error code. Apologies to the original poster for posting on such an old post.

Firstly, "Mister Beep", why have none of the other posts even been addressed? There are a total of 6 that came up in the search, one from two years ago, two from one year ago, one from six months ago, and two from two months ago. The ones that are one year
old have both got replies, the other one only has replies from people talking about the various games that the code pops up with, and one asking why this hasn't been addressed.

Secondly, the error message says to look up the code on the "Error Code Search Page", yet the code doesn't come up in that at all. If the error has been going on for two years, minimum, why doesn't the code come up to explain what it actually is?

I think I speak for everyone who gets the message, while it's not exactly a problem getting it, as "Bateleur217" said, it's really, REALLY annoying.

It's long past time for answers I think.
