    error 0x97e1080b when trying to launch forza horizon 2 other games currently working but all my personalizations for my tile sizes and background colour are gone aswell as my memberships. But the error code dosn't exist can anyone help?

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    I had the same problem until I realized that I can open the games that my friend bought. If you are sharing games via the home console method, you just need to bring up that friend's profile. After signing in and out of my friend's profile, I was able to
    play the games I bought. Hope this helps.

    ok so it happened to me, all i had to do was clear cache (hold power button 10 sec then turn on after 30) hope this helps guys
