Now 52 minutes (@ send) wasted on hold hoping to speak to a non-virtual entity i.e. person. The hold estimate was 30 minutes and I'm pretty sure they're not going to answer. To my knowledge all these posts are unanswered and the service alert is incorrect
as it states the issue is something "poker game" but "all games operating normally". This is what happens in a monopoly. Sorry xbox, luv ya, but your customer service isn't even mediocre. You can't even post something on the XBL community page?? Takes me back
to the CoD days when absolutely nothing was done about the epidemic of hacked / modded games. Sigh, really dissatisfied customer.
