I can't play any game that I have in my console, and I tried to reload some games but it didn't work. What should I do? The

Join the growing crowd that get errors on every single digital game I transferred over to a $500 paper weight that has $1400.0 worth of digital games I cant get access to. 3hrs on phone & a forgotten pw cant be handled by their support staff ..Over a week
& with about 2 grand of my money just wasted. I have lost any expectation of this being resolved with the lack of training the customer support has in knowing how the reason for the problems & knowing a easy fix for these errors that make their top of the
line product a #1 biggest waste of an amount of my money I've invested in a entertainment product. Its sickening to me their inability to be prepared for problems the consumer will have when launching new hardware that has a unfamiliar way of moving games
you own over to what was supposed to be a big jump ahead in the features it offerred . I like many others lost access to any of the digital games that were my entire library of new 4K games to the enhanced boosted games like ghost recon. Im finished with
a company that can have 2 grand of my money &. let me hang in the wind for someone who cares about the frustration, & negativity their consumers are being subjected to by their unknowledgeable customer suppport. I somehow was able to get the games working
on my original xbox one. After a week of many hrs wasted on the xbox one x Im taking it back for a refund, & ending this nightmare .GL with your unplayable games.
