tried all of the obvious fixes like restarting the router/xbox/ rain dance bull ****

love paying for stuff that doesn't work!

Sorry to see any issues related to the
Service Alert yesterday! When it comes to these issues, you can always set your console to

Offline Mode, and then play your games offline with your local save. This should work for both disc and digital games. Additionally, the service issue yesterday would have also caused the error with disc games unless in Offline Mode.

If you still have issues with launching your games, please post back! I'll work with you to dig into what is possibly happening.

I have mass andromeda on my console .if anybody have problems try to quit game or power cycle your console by pressing the button on the front of the console for ten seconds or power cvcle it again for ten secconds then unplug fo 30 seconds then plug it back
in then turn the console back on and you can clear local game saves one thing i almost fogot to restart your console . try to remove and add your mirosoft account and you can clear persistent storage in xbox one settings. I will play the game soon. you always
can talk to ea games support or mirosoft.
