    I found what is possibly an error in the xbox OS.

    If you get this code there have been several ways listed to fix it. None worked for me but on investigating I found a similarity to the games or apps that this error was raised on.

    It all has to do with downloaded updates. Each app or game had recently been updated. The way I resolved my issue was instead of opening from the main menus I went instead to the my games and apps menu then the list of recently updated. Select the app from
    that list instead of the main menu. It appears the system is not linking the new app with the recent shortcut on the main window.

    Others have said to hard reboot, sign out of xbox live, full reinstall app, reboot router, etc..

    TXbox One App error 0x87e107df

    No issues last night. Tonight, get same error message for both Amazon video and Netflix apps. No error information on the Xbox error help page. Anyone know how to resolve error 0x87e107df?

    Tried console reset and sign in as different users. Even updated app. Thoughts?

    Are there other members in your party? I would also check if there is any Enforcement Action taken against your account (less likely, as those messages are more direct about being banned, usually, but worth checking). It could be different regions or level
    disparity in the playlist that is causing issues?

    It's possible that since you moved,
    you'll need to update your account and console to the current region.     It's possible that since you're across the ocean, your connection to the Central America region is too poor for it to establish and allow a connection?

    Which game is this?

    Which mode were you trying to play?

    Who were you trying to play with? (Everyone from the same country/region?)

    Does it never work? Or only this one time?
