0x87e107df (can't load D/L games) How to resolve

First......................... remove any game disc in the tray

second.................... hard reboot system by holding down the xbone power light on front of system

third.......................... disconnect the power block cord and wait 20 seconds reconnect and press the same power button to re-boot

This will clear the cache causing the problem

Error Code.. BF1 won't load

When I try and load my downloaded version of BF1 I get the error code 0x87e107df

Anybody able to let me know how to fix this issue?

All of these suggestions have already been done. This is the only game that this happens. All other d/l games load and work with np issues.

I went to the d/l spot, but it is already d/l so I can't get to the spot you said. should I uninstall and start over?

If you got to "games and apps" then down to "queue", click on it, you'll see it says everything for Destiny is "queued" which means it's ready for d/l. The 18gb d/l is to let you start playing the game while the other parts d/l and install. Pretty much like
all the other games you d/l for xbox 1. It lets you start playing the game while the d/l finishes...

I realize this is an old thread, but with the advent of being available on Gold recently I d/l'd it and am having the same issues with the DLC that y'all were having 2yrs ago. I've followed the advice in this thread and I still can't access the DLC for the
game. It's not in the chest. If in two years this issue hasn't been resolved, when the game became available for d/l recently in Gold then the DLC packs should NOT have been made available for d/l. If the game is unsupported then it should've been explained
that the DLC was unavailable. Continuing to offer the DLC and accepting payment for it is just wrong. I will be seeking refunds for the 3 packs I purchased. Take down the DLC for this game.
