Error 0x87e10024 occurs when you insert a backward compatible disc into your Xbox

Hi thank you for replying, i check on the microsoft store and it says that the game is not currently available, so I bought the NBA Jam in disc and it didn't it shows me the error

If you’ve received error code 0x87e10024, it means the game disc you’ve inserted into your Xbox console is compatible but is having trouble being verified for play. This may be due to a network or service issue.

As per checking, NBA JAM: On Fire Edition 360 version is a compatible game. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work, try to install the game digitally and then just insert the disc once fully installed. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Launch Xbox app on your mobile device.

2. Search the game NBA JAM: On Fire Edition

3. Press the game and then click "Download to console".

One of the steps is validating if the game is indeed a backward-compatible game and as I have checked, seems like it is not on the list.
