    Whenever i launch games like diablo 3 or cod aw i get the above error code telling me to restart my Xbox but that doesn't work. Am currently trying reinstallation of diablo 3. Games like minecraft run fine for some reason.

    I get one of two error codes anytime I try to change games (both digital: Halo 5 and Minecraft). I have gotten into the habit of quitting the game everytime I save and before I turn off console to resolve the gray screen error. However, if I try to restart
    a different game, I get the error above. Give it another try it says. Well, we shouldn't have to get up, hard shut down, unplug console or power strip, wait, then restart system every single time we want to play a different game. Then HOPE we don't get the
    other error that the game took too long to load. BTW, telling us to delete game, reinstall, then delete save files, then start from scratch and lose all locally saved data, or start a new gold account so we lose all our precious gamer score... Seriously, these
    are NOT viable options. Perhaps you need to look into the software issues causing these problems. I'm tired of going through the troubleshooting every day only to see sorry we haven't dealt with this code before. Smh. Quickly Losing Loyalty in Xbox (since

    every time I try to pay any of my games i get an error message (0x87e1000b) please help I don’t know what’s going on.

    Just hold in the power button to turn it off and then turn it back on immediately. That resolved the issue for me.

    Hello EPCOT,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an error message you receive upon closing Minecraft on your Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

    hey bud, this issue isn’t resolved yet and won’t work unless you indeed restart your Xbox but this is for everytime you see this error
