Hi, I bought The Witcher 3 on my xbox series s a few weeks ago, but now when i trying update it to new gen version the download stopped at 14.7%, i tried resumen it but the it failed again, i deleted the game and reinstall it, but the installation failed, it even not get started , what i should do now?

I tried to download another game, it downloaded normally, the problem is not from the Internet

Thanks for checking, but do you have an external hard drive or expansion card plugged in?

I did all what you said, but the game still not downloading...

Please keep them unplugged and then try to install the game from Xbox App. Here you go:

1. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

2. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

Yes, i have it, and i tried to unplug it abd reinstall the game, but it didn't work
