DUE TO THIS STUPID ERROR CODE I CANNOT INSTALL A GAME THAT I BOUGHT!

PLEASE HELP ME! AND DON'T JUST REPLY SAYING TRY AT A DIFFERENT TIME! I TRIED INSTALLING AT 5AM!

meu jogo esta com uma marca d'água nele e quando eu tento instalar ele da erro 0x87e00064 ,ja procurei e n achei como resolver esse problema ,alguém poderia me ajudar ?????

Sorry to hear it. Is the game on disc? If so, try going offline while you install to prevent any updates from trying to install beforehand. If not then the issue may be with the disc itself. My research online suggests that others who've had this issue
resolved it by exchanging the disc.

I tried installing it but it kept saying my disc is dirty or damage but it isn't and giving me error 0x87e00064

This code likely indicates a disc problem (admittedly, people could be more specific in their responses to you if you provided more information). The issue is nothing to do with the console unless it is making a brutal skipping sound upon entering the disk.
The real problem is likely the disk. The BluRay CD that the manufacturer sold you very likely has corrupt files and the only way to fix it is to return and get a new disk OR return it and buy the digital copy.
