0x87e00013 Error on Xbox (Beta) W10

This error has been out there since I installed Xbox(Beta) on my PC, since it came out on September 2019. No mean to be disrespectful but this topic has been reported for MONTHS and all Microsoft does is shut down posts like this or ignore them. I want
to play my games on Xbox Game Pass, I payed for it, and I don't want to have to uninstall them completely and reinstall them every time they make a patch able tor update the game.

It's not the way to treat customers who like your product and pay for it. We need answers after almost half year!

why does no one seem to care about this issue? Why is noting being done?

Normally you people at least give us a "this issue will be resolved in a futurr release" OR SOMETHING ANY INFORMATION AT ALL ON THIS ISSUE THATS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A YEAR NOW

Cant wait to see you close this thread because its "old" even though thats not how the rule is worded at all

I have the same issue as well. Any time any game needs an update it fails and requires a full reinstall. This is not an acceptable answer. Some of these games are giant and requires hours to redownload. I wont be continuing with the service.

Sorry about that issue and i can understand your frustation, but Don't forget that's a Beta app so there is still some issues… Now Microsoft works on it to solve all errors as much as they can so i suggest you to report your issue via the app itself ( click
on your profil picture and select feedback, put all details about your error and submit it ).

I second this response.

this is not a " well it IS in beta" issue, stop dismissing it like it is. this is MAIN FUNCTIONALITY of the xbox beta software that is NOT OPERATIONAL.

this is not like, a typo. this is a serious bug. fix it.

PS david uninstall the game, then reinstall it, its the only WORKAROUND (not a solution like microsoft wants you to believe) thats had any report of success.
