    For over a month now I have been trying to update my version of Assassins Creed Unity with no success. The game downloads successfully when offline but when updating the game online the mandatory update gets stuck at around 4% with the error code 0x87e0000f.
    As Ive seen in a lot of other forums this is a reoccurring issue. I have followed all the steps mentioned in this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...mes-stop/95c53141-263b-48e7-a01a-84839b499118.
    I done port-forwarding measures to insure my internet connection isn't an issue. I dont have this issue with any other games. After power cycling, factory resetting, trying both wired and wireless internet connections, uninstalling the game and deleting all
    saved game data this issue still persist.

    Yes, my network connection is fine.

    Yes, I have signed in and out again.

    And yes, I have tried this using another account.

    I have been in contact with Ubisoft to try and resolve this issue but they offer no help other than suggesting more troubleshooting steps. I've done every possible measures I can on my part to get this issue resolved to no avail.

    Its disappointing to still have this issue occurring after a month of trying to resolve it.
