0x87e0000d.....what does this mean??

I've been playing Forza 7 since it became available on Sept. 29 with no problems. Then all of a sudden it won't play. Title screen goes on then it goes back to the dashboard. I did hard reboots, unplugged everything, signed out and back in, re-did my
internet connection but still nothing. So I uninstall it but now it won't reinstall! It keeps giving me this code (0x87e0000d). I paid $100 dollars for this game and now I can't install it! Can someone please help me with this??

Please help me, I have seen others as well post a message about this issue.

Any time I attempt to download any game, it sits at 0%, gives me an error code known as 0x87e0000d or even just restarts the download and once again either sits at 0% or gives me 0x87e0000d.

I have searched up this error code on
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup?code=0x87e0000d and "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x87e0000d".".

I have also seen many other people post about this error code quite recently today.

Please do something about this because my mother didn't buy my father an xbone for nothing.

there seem to be known issues with launching and installing the game according to the account

So this issue might be caused by that, best thing is to wait until the report the issues to have been resolved and try again later

 

Small addition, if you have the game on Disc, you will likely be able to Install the game from disc, when your console is set to offline.
