I already have the console set up on dmz, also tried a different network, same issue

Installing on internal storage with external removed already

It just happens with fifa 22 sx, downloaded deathloop today just fine and already playing and kicking, the fifa 22 xbox one version also downloads just fine.

It's actually more common than it occurs in all games.

Only if you gave Nat hard, that way would really affect every game.
