0x87e00005 occurs while attempting to download and update.

I'm almost desperate now. I have tried all I can do! I have used my Japan Edition Xbox one for more than one year in mainland China. Everything worked well till last night I bought the Overwatch and tried to download/install it. Then 0x87e00005 occured.
I have tried every solution I can get from Google and Xbox one support. It just doesn't work. I also tried to reset my console to the factory default setting twice. First time I reset it, it could set up again successfully, however, 0x87e00005 still occured
when I tried to down games. After the second time I reset my console, when I was settimg it up, it required updates but failed. My xbox one is totally a potato now. What am I supposed to do? Someone can help?

I thought I might be my network's problem, whereas it works greats with all other devices. Before I feel so desperate, I had spent more than 7 hours on trying to fix it from 3am to 10am. What a bad day!!!

Update keeps restarting

I try to download update and it keeps restarting. I get the following message and error code: something interrupted your installation, 0x87e00005

I was attempting to download the latest update when a message box saying update failed popped up, it tells me to test my connection but as soon as it connects to xboxlive the update pops up and then the same error occurs.

I have fixed this problem. It was caused by the network exception. I brought my Xbox one back to my office, then everything works well within my office's network. However, I'm still not sure why it happened underneath the network in my home suddenly.

Greetings, WHI5! Do you receive any error messages when you attempt to download game updates? Does this occur for only one title or does this happen for multiple titles? Can you confirm that you are successfully connected to LIVE when attempting to do this?
The fact that you are missing content from the dashboard leads me to believe that you might be disconnected from LIVE while attempting to download the updates. Standing by!

I have seen issues with trying to start a game while a different game is being updated in the download queue. This is probably occurring because the console is giving IO priority to the game download being saved to the harddrive and therefore making the
read attempt to start a different game timeout. The solution I use to work around that issue is to go into the download queue and pause all downloads, then I can start my other game(s). Remember to go back to the queue later and resume the downloads.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Before troubleshooting, can you please answer the questions below;

1) Did this error start to occur after a recent update?

2) Did this error start to occur only while attempting to play Far Cry 6 and Halo Infinite? Did this error occur when you attempt to boot up other titles?

In the meantime, it may be possible to resolve the error if you roll back your NVIDIA driver. To do this, visit the support page for your device on the manufacturer website then download and install the video driver that is recommended. Search for Download Drivers on the manufacturer website, fill out accurate information regarding your PC, and NVIDIA should be able to supply a recommended driver for your to download on your PC.
