0x87E00005 error on download Civilization VI

Hello, Civilization VI download always stops at 250 Mb with 0x87E00005 error.

Any other download works well, I have factory reset my Xbox One and all network tests are OK.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Have you tried redownloading your profile? If you haven't, delete the damaged game and your Xbox profile and perform a hard reset on your console exactly like this:

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Redownload your Xbox profile.

Man I used to love civilization. Havent played one in years. Dont think 25% would be enough to talk me into it though. Been living Jurassic World Evolution, it was free.
