0x87de2726 error - Gears Of War Judgement Backwards Compatibility

It would be the main game that I wanted to play that doesn't work with the XB1 backwards compatibility, but when I download GOW:JJ, I click to start the game, it says that there may be a wait for the game to be set up, and then this 0x87de2726 error message
comes up in a separate pop up. I've uninstalled and tried again, power cycled between each phase (I unplug my Xbox every night anyway) with no change.

Has anyone else had the same issue occurring and managed to fix it?

Gears of war codes

For playing gears of war ultimate edition before new years I received.... gears 1/gears 3/ and gears judgement but not gears 2s for the xbox 360/backwards compatibility for xbox one, please generate a gears 2 code for me? gamertag Thx!

Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 and still haven't received my legacy codes

I pre-ordered GoW 4 on 10/10/2016 and I still have not received my backwards compatibility codes for Gears 1 - Judgement.

Sorry to hear about the issue! If the issue is only occurring with Gears of War Judgement and Gears of War 3, I suggest checking out our Backward Compatibility Troubleshooting page

You can go and buy Gears of War 1 to 3, and Judgement but 4 is an Xbox One title anyway and not yet released.

However at the moment none of the Gears titles are on the backward compatibility list.

As a suggestion try and make your thread titles a bit more descriptive. Many folk on here are avoiding threads just mentioning backward compatibility because it is usually just people begging for an invite.

That we will get the Entire Gears Collection. GOW 1/2/3 & Judgement, and it says in the post, for Xbox One. which means they will all be Backwards Compatible, eventually.
