    Same problem here. Happening once in a while for a couple of months and solving it by clearing the MAC address and restarting. Now it happens every time. Trying to find a solution...

    Hey there, This may sound a bit cliche but have you tried a Hard Reboot?

    Failing that, You could try:

    Turn off console, Unplug all of the leads for roughly 3 minutes, then turn back on.

    Go into settings and remove your gamer tag from the console.

    Hold down the xbox button on the console for at least 15 seconds (it will turn off, keep holding, and then it will turn back on). - Do this about 3 times.

    Then add your account back on to the console and check your game.

    it didn't work, it still shows the (0x87de07d1) error and the only fix way it shows is to buy em again..

    Clearing Persistent Storage 3 times, and power cycling also helped for me (Battlefield 4).
