Hey guys.. think I have a bit different problem..

I have Forza 5, FIFA 14 and BF4 installed on my XBOX ONE since release.

Yesterday I played Forza and when I was about to start it this morning I've got the failure 0x87de07d1.

I tried FIFA - worked.

I tried BF4 - same failure.

I tried to delete cache and so on but nothing worked..

Do u guys have an idea what to do?

Hey there, This may sound a bit cliche but have you tried a Hard Reboot?

Failing that, You could try:

Turn off console, Unplug all of the leads for roughly 3 minutes, then turn back on.

Go into settings and remove your gamer tag from the console.

Hold down the xbox button on the console for at least 15 seconds (it will turn off, keep holding, and then it will turn back on). - Do this about 3 times.

Then add your account back on to the console and check your game.

Just to clarify, are you experiencing this error code with installed disc games or with games downloaded from the Xbox Games Store?

If you are trying to play a game and you experience error code 0x87de07d1 it can mean one of the following:

• The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.
  
• The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member and that person is not signed in to the console.
  
• The game disc is not in the console.
  

If you can verify that one of these suggestions is why you are experiencing the error code, then you can try a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

If the game was downloaded by another family member

If the game is licensed to another family member, do one of the following:

• The family member who purchased the game can sign in to the Xbox One console.
  
• The user who purchased the game can set the Xbox One as the persons home console.

If the game is disc based. Insert the game disc into your Xbox One console.
