    I kept receiving the error code 0x87de07d1.. after several hours of support i was told my xbox one needed to be sent in for repairs.. Not under warranty i decided to get a new xbox one since it's boxing day sale.. Not even an hour with the new xbox i'm receiving
    the same code... Clearly it's not the system it's on your end.. Fix your issue, get my xbox back up and running, this is service is utterly disgusting. Compensation would be plausible aswell for this ridiculous incorrect information and support you have put
    me through this holiday.

    Xbox360 LIVE 12/13/13 Update (Friday 13th) Corrupted my Xbox 360 Slim; Tech Support No Solution just Send In For Repairs

    I have the EXACT same problem. Exact same error code and circumstances. Techs even had me change my router config and open some ports. Nothing has addressed the issue. And now I am told to send it in for repairs?! Less than a week before Christmas.

    Customer service had me test the connection, reset my xbox one and do the basic trouble shooting . bought the game digitaly and it said it needed the disc, error code 0x87de07d1.

    Sorry to hear it. The code you listed suggests a region issue. What country do you live in and which country is your gamertag listed for?

    I chated with the Xbox one support guys and told me that it's wasn't an issue, and that if I wanna, I can send it to "repair" and the will fix it if they find something, but I won't be getting a new one (I BOUGHT IT 4DAYS AGO!), but if they don't find "something
    wrong" they will be just sending my Xbox back, I'm reading many threads and ppl say that when they send it, they get back the same Xbox with a letter saying that the couldn't find any problems. It's jus annoying; the chirping sound and the Xbox costumer service.

    Same thing as they told me I reckon, can't do anything with it, need to send it away for repairs but they send you a new xbox in the process but ohh wait you have to pay £500 to get them to send you a new one and then they refund you when you send the faulty
    one back!!!!
