    Just bought mad max and after playing an hour I got kicked to dash and I'm getting this error. I looked up the error and found lots of posts about MS region locking digital content, which is bull btw, but shouldn't be effecting me. I've hard reset multiple
    times, cleared my MAC settings, signed in/out. Nothing's letting me play the game. This is useless, everyday I'm finding more reasons to give up on Xbox.

    Just uninstall the game then click reinstall from the home screen. After about 3 to 7% the game should start right up. No problems just reinstalled Ryse.

    Hi, same problem here, Dead Rising 3 no longer works. Does anyone know something new.

    The support could not help, they saw that I had downloaded and installed it, but they could not help also.

    I think there is a new region lock implemented by MS for the XBox One Download Games!

    Microsoft Team solved my problem ! They provided me a new key for Forza 5 that was able to regain access to the game. Happy again with my Xbox One !
