0x87de07d1 error on purchased digital download game

i don't like this situation. is there nothing that we can do?

 

same problem here. My prepaid codes will be investigated by an higher lvl support. It will take 8-10 workday to receive an answer. Hope this icident will end good for us all.

I think the best way is to wait, till we get an official support mail. Should it be truth , that we lost the games, because of an afterwards installed region lock, we should make it public over big gaming sites and neswspaper ect...

but i think we should give microsoft a little time to resolve the problem.

 

Having the same trouble dr3 and ryse higher team should be giving me an answer tomorrow this happend on the 20-1-14

 

Ohh and I got a double fisting because I brought season pass for both games on the plus side I just brought a ps4 so welldone m$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you just lost anouther customer who buys allllll games and dlc but that wont matter as you still have the other
zombies who will put up with

Some people are saying are saying you can't get a refund because it's a download code and not a physical item but this claim was unopposed by seller gotoracer44 and paypal so I hope this helps some of you out

Ha ha ha just got email from m $ saying I have brought season pass not the games sorry for the confusion what are they on they must be so high from all the bull#### they talk lol I mean come on there the ones getting confused I have both surely they can
see that in there mind control computers they know everything else about us

I bought from the same seller. How did you get the refund?

 

I'm guessing we probably all bought them from the same eBay seller. When he sold the codes they worked... And he is not at fault. MS changed the rules on digital game regions. So he sold it working and in good faith. I very much doubt he'll be reimbursed
for the codes from MS. And that was about a month ago.... So he'll have spent any money he made from those sales by now.

Imagine if that was you selling the codes, in good faith. You got the money, spent it, then a month later MS change the rules and all of your previously very happy customers demand a refund.

Imagine selling 100 of those codes, or even more, and now 100 people are all demanding £30 each back. Because people link their bank accounts to paypal, and eBay can take money from your PayPal account, this means that they can just screw him over and refund
all of the sales based on the auction not being as listed.

The party at fault here is not some guy on eBay that sold us all codes for a lot less than we were prepared to pay for the full games. He was doing us all a huge favour. So we shouldn't be trying to screw him over now with a barrage of refund demands. The
party at fault is Microsoft for changing the rules on digital downloads.

If they had not worked from the start he wouldn't have sold them on eBay. He was doing nothing wrong at all. I think that getting a refund from the eBay seller for this is definitely wrong. The way to handle this is to complain to Microsoft... And if you
don't get the satisfaction you desire then take action to publicize the injustice through social media.

As we have already seen, Microsoft do respond to customer demand, they did a complete turn around during development of the xbox one because most of their customers wanted to buy and sell second hand games. They also gave away digital versions of games to
xbox one console owners that had faulty disc drives at launch. So we know that they are prepared to satisfy their customers.

I spent about 20 minutes on the support line and they assured me that the problem would be sorted. It has now been escalated to a higher support level. I'm still waiting for their reply. If they reactivate the game I'll be chuffed that I managed to buy a
cheap code and it works. If they don't re activate the game I'll complain to Microsoft in writing. But whatever happens I definitely won't be asking the ebay seller for a refund.

It's annoying that a reply is taking so long. It's a game I play regularly and if they are not going to reactivate it I want to buy it again. Waiting is way more annoying than having to buy a game twice!

 

@Banebhz just open a case in the resolution center, it only took 4 or 5 days usually takes a lot longer but seller has agreed to refund all buyers and the money is now back in my account hth

 

On a german forum, there is a report of a person with digital games problem like us that received some MSpoints as gift from Microsoft : "My known has now Microsoft

get Ms points worth 70 € to be able to download the game new can, that sounds great" "He called Sunday and then came an e-mail that they want to investigate the matter and today the mail came with the Ms points" source :

UPDATE - Microsoft just sent me a new code to use. They said that the old one was redeemed on my account, but not applied to it. I can't see how that can be as it worked for almost a month. Anyway, they gave me a new code and Forza is now working exactly
as it should be. Hope you guys all get the same result.

 

I have same problem with my forza 5 i have my forza 1 mounth and today not working ....

i have digital fifa and call of duty and this working ... only my forza 5 stop working

 

Microsoft Team solved my problem ! They provided me a new key for Forza 5 that was able to regain access to the game. Happy again with my Xbox One !

 

Hi, same problem here, Dead Rising 3 no longer works. Does anyone know something new.

The support could not help, they saw that I had downloaded and installed it, but they could not help also.

I think there is a new region lock implemented by MS for the XBox One Download Games!
