    This error is not valid on Xbox.com/errorhelp ... Have no idea what it could be .. Comes up when trying to launch advance warfare or any other app >:/ .. And I just got my Xbox 1 ... Worst experience ever

    Xbox One 1TB Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Bundle Problems

    Got the error code 0x87de0012 and Xbox.com/errorhelp can not recognize the code ... And advance warfare does not want to launch when it says ready to start.

    Just paid £400 for the new Xbox 1 and Advance warfare and getting the same error.........Very very very disapointed. Feel completely ripped off!!!

    Ok, so now it's letting me play my hard copy of Destiny but not my digital copy of advanced war fighter!! This is bull sh#t!!!

    I just bought the new advanced warfare xboxone and can't play the game nor even install anything dlc I feel like I just wasted 500$ for some giant 80s computer hard drive to sit on my table

    Similar forum said this, "Hi Xbox members, are you having issues trying to sign in to Xbox Live? We're aware of the issue and our team is working diligently to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for staying patient while we get this fixed.
    We'll update you again in 30 minutes." I hope they understand that it is affecting downloads as well
