    I have not been able to sign in for the passed two hours, and after going through and updating my security and billing info it still tells me that "there was a problem". I know my email, password, and billing info are all correct so what is the deal? >:l

    Received this code when I tried logging in today. Xbox was working flawlessly 24 hours ago. Any updates on when this will be resolved? I have hard reset and do all necessary troubleshooting.
