    Hi, I recently bought a brand new Xbox One S because my original Xbox One died and I am having trouble with it right now. I've been getting this error 0x87dd001a quite a few time and I never got this error on my original Xbox One,
    I am now starting to wonder if it could be due to the Xbox One S? Something broken or whatever? It randomly happen when I play online games, I get disconnected from the game, it take me back to the Xbox One main menu with this error and tells me I am not connected
    to Xbox Live, but I am online and I can see all my online friend, and no body else in my house is getting disconnected from their online activities. What could be the cause?

    Btw, when I bought the Xbox One S console, I though it made an annoying noise, when the house is silent, it sounds like summer night cricket, extremely annoying + The Home button on the controller that came with the console is sort of broken (I believe so?)
    because I have to press real hard on it to get a result... really annoying. Did I fell on a bad one and should I exchange it?

    Keeps disconnecting from XBOX Live/Netflix

    While watching Netflix, I get disconnected from XBOX Live like every 3 minutes. Error code: 0x87dd001a
