6 family members in different locations all have own xbo all having issues with installing online purchases and signing in. Tried to buy GTAV at 6.30am Xmas morning as a gift for someone and they're still waiting for it to download at 8am boxing day?

I get that your paycheck isn't affected by our lack of satisfaction, but could you please attempt to be human about this and type out an actual response to some of our questions. If you can't, then please let us know the only response you are allowed to
provide is the above weak sauce. You're not even pretending to phone it in at this point. Seriously disappointed.

 

Been trying to get online for DAYS now, its getting to appoint where frustration is over the top. will there gonna be some kind of reimbursement for the one's who paid to play online? how did this happen again? anyways, hope it gets back up ASAP...need gaming

Bought the Xbox one for the kiddies this Xmas, and spent all day trying to get stuff to download before I even heard of the hack. I am very disappointed with all this. Took my $60 gold fee just fine, then wouldn't let me connects. I expect d to wake up
today and see this fixed. IIf it weren't for the membership fee I just payed this thing would be returned today.
