    sorry to hear it. it could be the switcher that is causing the issue. can you try connecting directly to the modem/router to see if the problem persists?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in!

    To start out, let's give your Xbox One a simple power cycle to see if that helps clear this up. To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Let us know how it goes :)
