    Only thing I can find for that error code is this:



    You see the following error message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on an Xbox One console:

    This may mean that there was a service outage just before you tried to sign in.

    Solution

    Check the Xbox Live service status.

    If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:



    The only service alerts up at the moment are for the xbox 360 & NBA 2k18
