It seems this issue is on Microsoft's end. I've tried to resolve the error by restoring factory defaults on my console but that definitely did not work. Looks like we'll have to wait for a fix.

ithe settings menu on the xbox one it reads Xbox Live is currently unavailable..

This is what we get for having a console that will only work when connected to the internet.

 

I cant either. i cant sign into any of my profiles thats on my console. this has been the third time since i got this giant black paper weight, sometimes i cant access my friends, send messages, invite friends to play or even go into multiplayer. As far
as i can tell the 360 never had these problems until now when the xone came out now i see my friends that are still on the 360 always complaining that is having problems as well. MICROSOFT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND STOP TRYING TO MAKE JUNK AND MAKE GOOD QUALITY
GAMING CONSOLES. Oh and STOP TRYING TO MAKE THE XONE A SOCIAL NETWORKING CONSOLE INSTEAD OF A GAMING CONSOLE...

This is a known issue as I am experiencing these issues myself. They hope to get it fixed A.S.A.P once its fixed and announced one of the ambassador's will most properly post it up, the best advice is to keep trying.

 

Add me to this list...havent changed any password or pass codes, worked earlier and then stopped. And chat is 34 min average wait.....nice!

 

Same thing happening to me on xboxone the exact message reads " we couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. sign in:0x8uDD0006" I tried everything unplugging xbox hold power for 30 seconds
plug back in still didn't work tried signing in the live website had no problem there I have 3 xboxones in my house and 5 360s with 4 accounts its happening on all my xbox ones this is just aggrivating me. Since being a xbox live member since the original
xbox never had problems untill the one came out hope you guys can fix this issue quick . Thank you. Good thing its football sunday

 

I don't know why they said it would affect the 360, I have had no problems signing on to that today, just on the X1. Beginning to think the X1 has to many issues to justify keeping this console for much longer.

 

Same here cannot log in most threads say try powering off by holding the xbox button on console for 10 secs then turn on with green load up screen this worked a few months ago when it happened last but nothing now I have tried this 5 times

 

This is honestly bs, why does this rubbish have to happen before I go to work??

Microsoft how hard is it to fix this problem? Find the server/s not doing it's job and replace that noise.

 

They are working on it guys chill out. Dashboard updates most likely caused it and they will have it fixed. A small price for constantly improving the system.
