    Having the same problem. Tried all troubleshooting steps, no resolution. Xbox support seems to be offline as well.

    Is it a global server problem? I had PS4 for 5 years and never had an issue like this. I've also had xbox for 6 years and never had a problem like this. with my xbox, xbox 360, or my original xbox one.

    I've tried every support avenue at this point and received no help. Woohoo, hundreds of dollars on something that does even work -_- I'm about to be done with Microsoft and just go back to playstation.
