Like other users I can't play MUWG ...

Others games are working (Sukoku, Solitaire, Jigsaw ...)

What happened to MUWG log-in ??

Same issue here, in the US.

 

Same problem in Switzerland since Tuesday. It was working fine Monday (23 April) but I get the same error message (0x87DD0005) mentioned in other posts since Tuesday. Just tried again now (Wednesday 4PM Europe time) and no change.
I can sign into Solitaire and Minesweeper without any problems but not Microsoft Ultimate Word Games.

 

Same problem. Was able to get in yesterday, but not today. Was thinking about getting the ad free version, but will not do it now.

 

Just to throw my 2 cents in...same thing started happening to me. One machine was good yesterday afternoon (4/24) then by the time I got home none would work. Like the others I could play Sudoku but not MUWG...even when I start it from the Xbox App.

Has got to be something happening on Microsoft's side.

 

Having the same problem. All other Microsoft games are fine. Uninstalled and reinstalled MUWG. No improvement!!

I'm getting the same error when trying to access Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. No problem with Solitaire, or logging in directly to the XBox app. Please someone fix it.

 

First reported 19 hours ago and no response from MS? Come on, at least acknowledge the problem!

 

same here. Absolutely NO problem signing in to Xbox. It's strictly a MUWG issue. Been messed up ever since they re-styled the game. Keyboard keeps choosing random letters in crosswords, too
