Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. At this time, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert that has popped up regarding this issue. I recommend requesting to be notified once the service alert has concluded by going to the
Xbox Live Status pageand selecting Notify Me for a one-time only text. Should the issue continue after the service alert
has concluded, and after you perform a power cycle to the console, please feel free to make a new thread detailing your issue.

Hi ,you could try to perform a restore point on win 10, or else check that something is not blocking the connectivity "software firewall setting or add block connection of the app itself since a service connection problem, or delete and try to re-download
the app, you can also try to download the beta companion since they are 2 distinct apps and see if the one from the follow error also.

Try using the win 10 recovery system, which should restore corrupt system files ,check setting setting services windows run text on search bar end write services end launch

I had to completely do a Clean System Install, Xbox is working perfectly now.

Seems that the August update earlier this year was the issue, because I remember the issue started then.
