    i am unable to play online, look at my screenshots, talk with other players and generally everything to do with live. i tested my network connection and i have a full signal from my side but there was a message telling me that there was a problem on the
    xbox end of things. i have been lagged out from my game before for a minute of two but i was always able to get back in but this is just ridiculous. its been half an hour and i haven't been able to find an answer or any help at all.

    Hello, I am here to discuss about my error code problem. When I loaded up the Game DVR app, the screen showed this error code:
    0x87c40156. When I changed the captures from screenshots to game clips I was able to view them instead. Not sure why I can't view my screenshots but I hope you'll investigate on this issue. Thank you.
