Achievements unlock fine, but I cannot view them at any place on the console - even ones which have been unlocked for a while (waaaaaaaay more than 72 hrs). I've read some of the forums. Same problems after 2 years. The LEAST microsoft could do is to update
the xbox.com/status to reflect that the achievement servers are down. Putting achievements in the cloud was such a good idea. Wish I thought of it

To start out, let's try a quick power cycle on your Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off completely). After you power cycle your Xbox One, try accessing your achievements. If you're still having trouble, try removing
your profile and adding it back to see if there's any change.

If the issue still persists after the above two steps, please try
resetting to factory settings. Keep us in the loop with how it goes

 

I power cycled twice and did a factory reset before the original post. Nothing on my end has helped :/

 

When's the next system update? 1 month and this issue still has not been solved, even though several users have had it throughout the XboxOne's console life. After reading through past accounts, many of them also had to wait for a console update to solve
the issue. What a great testimony to cloud storage - still broken after 3+ years!

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble! Is there any chance you can test your Xbox One on a different network to see if there's any change with your access to achievements?
