okay firstly I get this error when trying to look at my own profile on xbox one and I cant see any of my friends on xbox 1 or activity feed new friends cant add me they get the same code and even when I go on xbox.com I cant see my friends list it says no
friends or I get taken to a page on xbox saying you have found a glitch in the system and sometimes it works like my friends will show up and everything but only or about 2 mins then it will stop and also I have tried resetting it, deleting profile, checking
network settings, refreshing it and nothing works but other accounts work on my xbox so I don't know why its just mine. support told me to post this here so hopefully someone can help ? its been like this 3 weeks now

now its happening to me to. it was working fine in the morning but when I got on in the afternoon it just stopped. Im not the only one. all my friends on my friends list are having the same problem.

 

its not on your end i get the same code when i try to go to my feeds it's got to do with the sever status that they been trying to fix for 5 hours

 

Pretty much what has been said already. Seems like the servers are down as of right now, and sadly enough, there is no estimated time as to when this issue is going to be fixed. You can always click this link and check the status:support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

 

I hate that this is happening to me now. I changed email accounts today and switched my gametag to the new account and I thought it was me who messed up. My 360 took the change well but it's the Xbone that won't load friends, profile, gamerscore or gamer
pic... It's stupid and I hope this gets resolved soon

 

It just happened to me for the first time. Hope it gets fixed soon and doesn't happen very often. I use this several times a day to check with my son and grandkids. I hope this doesn't affect our messaging and gaming together, viewing each other's videos,
etc.

Same here been like this for three hours what is going on xbox

 

Basically everyone is having this issue currently due to the whole friends list issue on their servers/mainframe. This error code is on Microsofts end it would appear considering people can still play online judging through Destiny. They have a live alert
currently for this, but has been an issue almost all day. This error code will appear through viewing other users profiles, sending messages, sometimes viewing your own profile, and smartglasses.

 

god dammit microsoft fix you bloody console everyones having the same problem
