    Not quite sure what is really happening but every time i turn my xbox on, my controller basically has a mind of it's and i can only control it every now and then, it stops once i get the message saying something went wrong, giving me the code 0x87b20c19
    for help but it doesnt exist. Anybody know the issue and how i can solve it?

    Strange Error Code 0x87b20c19

    I haven't been able to access my previous captures nor access my DVR at all, it freezes in the settings menu and I get an error code that I can't seem to find any information on, 0x87b20c19.

    Nevermind, I deleted all my captures by following the troubleshooting guide. That fixed it.

    FPS drop, jerky gameplay every few seconds.XBOX ONE

    I had two error codes appear when I tried to access Cortana after the lag happens. I couldn't access it un the settings. Then the following two error codes appeared:

    0x8027025a (this came up because Cortana took too long to open.

    0x87b20c19 (I entered this at xbox.com/errorhelp and it is not even a rcognised error code, and yes I have entered it correctly.

    Just an FYI, if anyone else has this happen, a factory reset and keeping your games and apps will fix the issue.
