0x876c0001 marketplace with french canada. works with english canada

Hello everyone.

I have a strange behavior. I cannot access the store with french language as I get message content unavaible. If I switch to english I have access to the store. Bizzare

I'm having the same problem. What can I do?

 

I'm getting the same error code. It happens most often when I am streaming Hulu, and then there's no Internet. I forced quit the app, and I clicked on the games with Gold ad to see which games were on sale. Here's the whole message:

"Content isn't available

It might be a temporary issue, so try checking again later. (0x876c0001)"

It happens frequently (about every 30-60 minutes). The Xbox just acts like there is no Internet connection for about 5 minutes. It is extremely annoying. My connection is wired. My other devices that are connected work fine during this "outage," so it's
obviously an Xbox issue. All my ports are forwarded correctly, and when the Xbox is connected, the NAT is open.

I believe the Xbox One needs an update to address this issue.

 

i'm having the same problem only on my principal account since the 28th november.. my brothers account don't have this problem why and what can i do??

 

I have the same probleme when i want to go on the games market place it shows the same message 0x876c0001

I had similar issues when the Xbox launched last year. Sadly the only way I found to resolve it was to perform a factory reset of the Xbox one. I was able to find a temporary fix at the time prior to restoring by disabling the instant-on feature and reverting
to energy-saver. Try switching to energy-saver, power off the Xbox, unplug the power from it for 1 minute, then reconnect power and turn it on... If this doesn't work, try a factory reset.

Note: I only suggest the factory reset if this has been an ongoing issue... Currently there are issues with the Xbox live service as of the last few hours that could be causing these errors as well. If your issue extends into days/weeks, then you may need
a reset.

Hi, ok i am not alone with this problem. So, i'm happy that Nerdinreallife resolved it last year. I think that this evening i'm going to do a factory reset. The factory reset is in the menu of "console" reset ? I will write you tomorrow for the conclusion
of this reset...

 

Yes, to reach the option first go to the settings screen. From there select the "System" tile. Under the "Storage" heading you will see the option to restore factory settings. If this has been an ongoing issue, the reset should help to resolve it.

They mess up something when setting the black friday deal, since all was working fine before that.
