    Hello.

    I got lego ninjago game when it was free last month. Think it may have been on games pass?

    Anyway it stopped working saying I didnt own it and gone from games pass.

    I bought the game on disc format brand new but it still comes up with error code 0x82d40004 saying I do not own the license.

    I've installed and reinstalled the game. Performed a soft reset. Performed a hard reset through the console settings but still this game will not work.

    I've went through google and tried all possible solutions!

    How can I not own a game I have on disc?

    Really frustrated!

    Hi, is the disc scratched by chance? I know you said that it was brand new, but occationally they can pop off the button in the middle and be damaged while shipping. I would try getting a replacement if that is possible. That happened to me when I bought
    Forza once. Hope that helps.

    Hi Nikk!

    So I'm not sure entirely why your console is not saying you own a copy of the game when you physically have a disc copy with you. The game has not been on Game Pass or Games with Gold at any point this year, instead it was offered as a free promotion up until May
    21st    . After that date, the game went back to it's RRP of £49.99 and was no longer free for purchase. I would advise you to carefully inspect the condition of the disc that you purchased as the error code appearing is in the instance that the disc
    is damaged in some format. If this is the case, I would return the game to the supplier with receipt and ask for a refund as the product was damaged. If the disc is not damaged, I would contact a Microsoft support and relay the problems to them for them to
    diagnose in more depth.

    Keep getting error code 0x82d40004. On every disc that I put in. Saying that it needs to read it to verify purchase and license. I'm. Connect ed to Xbox live and have restarted my console each time I try a new disc. They are all new new and worked fine
