0x80bd0006 error code

im getting 0x89bd0006 were or code when I'm trying to connect to Xbox live can anyone assist me with this issue

I cant access xbox live games and I cant access my subscriptions

According to the support page this is an issue of corrupt profile:

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-0x80bd0006

If the troubleshooting steps didnt help you it will be better to contact xbox chat support my account section to sort this out:

Not sure. I was just logged into live playing The Division with no issues. I checked the services and everything but Netflix seems to be up and working properly. You could try a hard reset to see if it will help. Hold the power button on the console
for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

I've tried the hard reset but still the same error message, problem is no one else on here seems to have any other

How is your console currently connected to your network? Let's try resetting your network. First power off your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Once the console is off unplug your network hardware
for 30 seconds and reconnect it. Once your network is back up turn your Xbox One on again and try connecting to Xbox Live.

hello i have had a problem with my profile where it's connected to the internet but says on the dashboard to connect to the internet. So i play a game and it can't sync last saved data and i have to play offline also i can't watch youtube or go on my profile.
Need some assistance please help !

 

Same issue, tried the hard reset...no joy.

 

Have you tried logging out of your profile and logging back in? If that doesn't work maybe try removing the profile from the console completely then add it back. Just throwing out ideas maybe something will work. Let us know. Good Luck!
