0x80bd0006 and PBR9002 - unable to check settings on XBOX one and cannot authorize purchases

Hello all,

I'm trying since yesterday to preorder Destiny on the Xbox Marketplace.

It's giving me error PBR9002. I tried other payment methods but nothing, I tried paypal, nothing.

Smartglas, same situation. Same for the Website.

Today I called the support service but they just said to wait (?!?)

This evening I tried again but nothing. I tried to remove all my payment methods but one of them was linked to the Live renewal.

When I tried to unlink it, it has shown me the 0x8bd0006 error.

Seems that my account is somehow corrupted.

Can anybody help? I'd like to be contacted by advocacy team but don't know how to do it via mobile. Support seems reluctant.

PBR9002 Your purchase can’t be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay

I have been unable to make purchases on xbox.com, my xbox one or when attempting a purchase of a Office live 365 subscription for over a month. How can I resolve this error? I have spend over 3 hours with tech support and I cannot get my issue escalated.

The error message is:

"Your purchase can’t be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay" and the code is PBR9002

 

Can't authorize appears again

I was trying purchase a game on Xbox marketplace and got Cannot authorize please try another

 

Erm....I don't know what happened, but suddenly the situation solved by itself...

 

ok it might seem late, but the problem with me was i had no money in the paypal! so that could be your problem!

 

yah so I have live but xbox wont connect and im not able to play games while the updates are running

 

I got the "0x80bd0006" error code. It will not let me renew my subscription, play online, or talk to friends. Yet i can see what they are doing, even though it says i'm nt connected to the internet. Please help me to solve this.!
