    Why every country thinking EVERY russian is evil.

    Im getting error 0x80a40401 24/7 if not dns (from what i cant sign in to xbox 360 games or watch xbox youtube) which is not in all error codes, virtual agent, etc.

    Someone tried to help me with youtube BUT when i said im russian no one has answered since this time.

    Just help me to fix this "unique" error once for all.

    Every russian youtuber is complaining about it.

    And yeah, i don't really believe when microsoft say it was an accident.

    Solve error 0x80a40401 without dns.

    Try to do it i dare you to.

    sign in problem

    I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account :(

    Same problem here. I also live in germany and I tried several times to access my account and play a new game I just bought. Same error notification pops up no matter which account I try to login with.
