Hallo, ich habe seit gestern keinen Zugang mehr zu meiner Xbox OneS mit der Aussage: Dienst nicht verfügbar Sie befinden sich in möglicherweise einer Region ,in der dieser Dienst nicht verfügbar ist

( 0x80a40401 ) . Ich wohne aber nunmehr seit 10 Jahren am gleichen Standort in Hamburg , Deutschland . Kann mir jemand helfen meine Box wieder anzumelden . Habe schon alles mögliche ausprobiert leider ohne Erfolg . Erbitte schnelle Antworten vielen dank

Derzeitig einzige Lösung: Alle Stecker ziehen....Fritzbox ect. 2 min warten ....auch von der Konsole.....dann läuft es wieder. Viel Spaß beim gääämen.

[Edit - Translation] - Only solution at the moment: pull out all the plugs .... Fritzbox ect. Wait 2 min .... also from the console ..... then it will run again. Have fun with the game.

Danke! das hat bei mir auch funktioniert, war aber keine Dauerlösung. Das Problem trat wieder auf.

Seit heute gleiches Problem. In Hamburg & WillyTell Kunde. Nervt tierisch. Hat jemand zufällig eine Rückmeldung von WT bzgl. dieses Problems erhalten?

Bei mir ging es gestern auch wieder, dachte schon Microsoft hätte da im Hintergrund irgendwas erfolgreich gemacht, aber heute GEHT ES WIEDER NICHT !
