for some reason i get this error every time 0x80a40401 but i did not change my region or anything it just happens on xbox 1 and xbox app on phone and pc please if there is any help just tell me hard reset did not work console reset same and deleting my
account no good please help me

According to the
Xbox Live Countries list, Saudia Arabia is supported with xbox live. Have you already reached out directly to Microsoft Support (by phone) and have them look into if the policy/export practice for your area to see if it has changed and that their website
might be outdated?

I would recommend that you try to do a Factory Reset to see if this fixes your issue. You can do this by going to:
Settings > System > Console info > Reset Console > Reset and keep my games & apps. When your console reloads be sure you select your region.

If this doesn't fix your issue, I still recommend requesting a call from Microsoft Support so that they can verify if the regulations for your area have changed.

ok i'm sure 90% the problem is from my ISP cus everything works just fine on other networks but not on my ftth

so thnx for all the info

it's just hard to get why now everything was fine and then it's start to say i'm in a country not supported by xbox wth i'm in saudi arabia

U should remove your account from the xbox since the hard reset did not work
