Bonjour moi sa m’affiche un message avec la fin (0x80a4001a) depuis 9h ce matin sa me dit veuiller reessayer ulterieurement aider moi s’il vous plait

 

Perco algo fazendo isso? Jogos, saves?

 

Estou tentando contato com a Microsoft... precisamos saber o que ocorre e qual a solução

 

REMOVE PROFILE, power cycle console, re-download profile

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that needs to be removed, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

After that, do a power cycle on the console. Don't add the profile yet.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Wait 2 minutes before powering it back on.

Please re-download your profile by selecting the icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard. Select ADD NEW, input your email and password.

 

Bonjour, apparemment il faut supprimer le compte et rallumer la console, mais je ne sais pas si on peut tout perdre. J'ai contacter le support ils m'ont dit d'attendre car panne générale ???!!!!

Eu fiz o procedimento descrito pelo colega e resolveu, porém estava desde ontem com esse problema...eles devem estar trabalhando nisso, contudo sugiro tentar esse procedimento caso queira ir jogando enquanto não resolvem...

You won't lose any data or purchases on your games as they're saved to your hard drive. You won't have to reinstall any games. I've just done the reboot and it worked but when I went to buy something and needed my password it came up with the white screen
again and got the same error code so it's not just login related, at least for me. Can't say for anyone else.

 

if we remove and then reinstall the account will it save progress in games, skins in Fortnite etc?

This worked for me also - I just deleted my account and re-added the same account. It seems to be ok. I use Halo 5 and it resynced my data ok.

 

Im having the same problem i have my console on lockdown so it asks for my password on startup i get the white password screen i have logged on to xbox.com on the browser and it says on there that they are having issues with xbox live core services if
you delete your account and re-add it and it fixes it be aware that when you turn your xbox off and on again you will get the same error so i suggest you take your console off lockdown if you have it on untill the issue is resolved

Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. There are many posting to remove profile and install profile you can try this. Being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just
waiting it out keep checking the service status. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens. 0x8a4001a error code is usually what most will see. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later.
